Policy

We do not accept returns, but if something is wrong with your order, please email duckanddogapparel@gmail.com, and we will do our best to make it right.  

To be eligible for any kind of refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you an email about what we will do to make things right.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
